These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the websites idsbulgaria.com, idsbulgaria.bg, and the platform myresa.online (the “Platform”), operated by IDS Bulgaria Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Scope of Services
The Platform provides a technology solution enabling users to search, compare, and book travel-related services, including but not limited to:
- Hotel reservations
- Flight bookings
- Travel packages
- Tours, activities, and additional services
2.1. Role of IDS Bulgaria
Depending on the specific service, we may act as:
- Tour operator / principal – where we are the contractual party; or
- Intermediary / agent – facilitating bookings with third-party service providers
Where we act as an intermediary, the contract is concluded directly between you and the respective service provider.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to comply with them
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. User Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information
If you use the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.
5. User Accounts
- Account creation is optional
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
- You are liable for all activities under your account
- Only one account per user is permitted
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
6. Booking Process
6.1. General Rules
- Bookings can be made as a guest or registered user
- You must provide accurate and complete information for all travelers
- You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before confirmation
6.2. Confirmation
A booking is considered valid only when:
- Payment is successfully completed, and
- A booking confirmation or reference number is issued
6.3. Contract Formation
By completing a booking, you enter into a distance contract under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Prices and Payments
- Prices are set by service providers and may change until booking is confirmed
- Full or partial prepayment may be required
- Failure to complete payment within deadlines may result in cancellation
7.1. Payment Processing
- Payments are processed via third-party providers
- We do not store payment card details
7.2. Fees
Service fees may apply and will be clearly indicated before payment.
8. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Cancellation and modification policies are defined by the service provider
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 days
Service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
9. Rights of Withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law:
- You may withdraw from a contract within the specified legal period
However, no right of withdrawal applies where:
- The service has been fully performed
- Performance has begun with your prior consent
10. Obligations of the User
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the Platform lawfully and in good faith
- Not make fraudulent or speculative bookings
- Not misuse the Platform (e.g. scraping, reselling, copying content)
You are financially responsible for all transactions made under your name or account.
11. Travel Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Valid passports, visas, and travel documents
- Compliance with entry requirements and local laws
- Arriving on time for flights and services
We are not liable for:
- Denied boarding or entry
- Missed services due to user fault
12. Third-Party Services
Many services are provided by independent third parties.
In such cases:
- The provider is solely responsible for service delivery
- Their terms and conditions apply
- We are not liable for their acts or omissions
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, political instability)
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the booked service.
14. Refusal and Cancellation by IDS Bulgaria
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel bookings in cases of:
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing or system errors
- Violation of these Terms
- Failure to provide required information
In such cases, any paid amounts may be refunded where appropriate.
15. Promotional Codes
- Promo codes are subject to specific conditions
- They may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to cancel or invalidate codes at any time
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, software) is our property or licensed to us.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without permission
17. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
18. Communication
We may send:
- Mandatory service-related communications
- Optional marketing communications (subject to consent)
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
